Leasing Information
University Place is very popular and fills up quickly. Leasing begins
roughly eight (8) months or more in advance of the desired date
of occupancy. In other words, leasing for the fall begins in January
and February.
If you are interested in leasing
a unit call the Management Office at (254) 756-1514,
and ask about the current availability.
If the unit type you are looking for is available
you may request an application and one will be mailed or faxed to
you.
Application Information
Once you have received the application please fill it out carefully,
sign it and return it to our office along with a check for $35.00
to cover the application processing fee. Each resident or roommate
will be required to submit an application for approval.
A personal guarantee may be required if applicant
cannot meet the minimum financial requirements. Once you have been
approved you will be asked to execute the lease document and pay
the deposit to hold the unit.
University Place Apartments uses the standard TAA
(Texas Apartment Association) Lease, which is commonly used throughout
Texas. |
